STEP 1: Kumpletuhin ang “To Send Money” form.
Sagutan ang required form at ipakita sa Agent clerk ang anumang government-issued ID.


STEP 2: Iabot ang pera.
Ibigay ang perang ipadadala sa Agent clerk at ang fee


STEP 3: Pirmahan at kumuha ng resibo
Pirmahan ang receive copy ng iyong resibo na naglalaman ng Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). Kakailanganin mo ang MTCN para masundan ang online status ng iyong money transfer.


STEP 4: Alamin ang status ng iyong Money Transfer.
Malalaman mo ang status ng iyong money transfer sa “tracking” link sa itaas ng anumang pahina ng aming website. I-type lang ang sender’s name at Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) mula sa transaction.

Restrictions and Special Notes


Sending from Philippines:


When sending a money transfer, senders should contact the Philippine Customer Contact Center for particulars of each country.

Senders must present valid photo identification.

The sender must inform the receiver in the Philippines the exact MTCN to avoid delays.



Receiving in Philippines:


For US dollar Payout locations, receivers should contact the Philippine Customer Contact Center for the nearest location.

Receivers must provide the correct Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) to receive the money.

Receivers must present valid photo identification.

All money transfers from abroad paid out in Agent locations shall be subject to Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), as required by law. DST is P0.30 for every P200.00 principal increments or 0.15% of the principal amount to be received.

Effective May 1, 2009, Direct to Bank (D2B) Service to the Philippines will no longer be available.
